The Wine Net attends the Rome Gastronomy Festival 2019
On October 28th 2019, the network renewed its presence at Festival della Gastronomia di Roma, the event that celebrates Italian food excellence, organized by the famous food critic Luigi Cremona and Witaly, held at Officine Farneto.
This year it was a format focused to the sector operators, a format which has guaranteed to the wineries network to emerge more and to spread its message to a number of selected, knowledgeable experts. Great feedback from those one present, stimulated by the concept of a business network, also thanks to the presentation of the wines of the cooperatives combined with the dishes of the chefs at the event. In fact, the wines of the network were presented to the operators and proposed in combination with the chefs’ specialties, who challenged each other in special show cooking stations, to obtain the prize of prestigious Emergente Chef 2019 and Emergente Pizza 2019, the prestigious competitions organized by Luigi Cremona.
“We were happy to renew the collaboration with Luigi Cremona, we had the proof, also on this occasion, that the relationship between excellent wine and high quality catering is getting stronger with time”, the network representatives declared.
